    Custom homes in Sydney range from $400,000 to $1,200,000+ depending on size, design, and finishes. Granny flats start from $140,000 and duplexes from $700,000. Buildana provides fixed-price contracts after a site assessment and design consultation — the price in your contract is the price you pay.

    We build across all of Sydney. Our headquarters are in Western Sydney, with deep expertise across Fairfield, Liverpool, Cumberland, Canterbury-Bankstown, Blacktown, Penrith, Campbelltown, Camden, and surrounding LGAs. We take on projects anywhere in greater Sydney.
  3. 03How long does it take to build a house?
    Custom homes take 6–10 months from slab to handover. Knockdown rebuilds add 2–4 weeks for demolition. Duplexes run 8–14 months. Granny flats are the fastest — 10–14 weeks once approved. We give you a detailed timeline before construction starts.
  4. 04What is a CDC and how is it different from a DA?
    A CDC (Complying Development Certificate) is fast-tracked through a private certifier in 10–20 business days. A DA (Development Application) goes through your local council and takes 6–12 weeks. CDCs are available for builds that meet specific criteria under NSW legislation. We assess which pathway suits your project and manage it end-to-end.
  5. 05Does Buildana offer fixed-price contracts?
    Yes. Every Buildana project comes with a detailed fixed-price contract. Every inclusion is itemised — no hidden costs, no provisional sums, no surprises. Soil testing, engineering, and council fees are included in our quotes.
  6. 06Can I build a granny flat on my property?
    Most residential lots in NSW over 450sqm qualify for a granny flat up to 60m² under the NSW Housing SEPP. CDC approval typically takes 10–20 business days. Construction runs 10–14 weeks. Buildana builds granny flats from $140,000 with fixed-price contracts.
