The day-to-day
No politics. No carousel of staff. No fake culture deck.
Decisions move fast
Oliver runs the company hands-on. If something needs a yes, you get a yes the same day. If it needs a no, same.
Tools that don’t fight you
Internal CRM, custom invoicing, Buildxact for programmes, NAS for plans. We built our own software where the off-the-shelf stuff was slowing us down.
Site-first, not theory-first
Estimators visit jobs. PMs run trades. Everyone has been on a job at 6:45am at least once a month. Detail starts at the slab.
Real pay, real growth
Open about salary bands. Bonus tied to gross margin per project, not vague KPIs. As we scale, the team scales with us — not via outside hires over the top.
Family + religion respected
Fridays + prayer accommodated as standard. Take the time, get the work done. We don’t do performative late nights.
Builder voice, builder values
Amanah — trust and integrity — is not a poster on the wall. Lie to a client or short a tradie and you’re out, day one.

We are based in Fairfield and build across Western Sydney and Greater Sydney. All team members need relevant licences/tickets and the legal right to work in Australia.
