Ridge or fall changes the build
Northbridge blocks split two ways. The waterside streets fall to Middle Harbour and build as harbour-fall projects, with excavation, retaining and a stepped design to reach the outlook and the water access. The ridge streets sit flatter and build more conventionally on sandstone.
Which one you have decides the budget, so we walk the block first. A number that assumes the wrong one is no use to you.
