In-Person Appointment
1–2 sessions, 2–4 hours each. Physical samples and specs provided. Your design coordinator explains the budget impact of every upgrade.
Cohesive Palette Coordination
We ensure your selections work together — colours, textures, materials, and finishes are coordinated into a cohesive design language.
Selections Document
Every selection is documented, locked, and signed within 2 weeks of contract. This becomes the construction specification.
Construction Starts
No changes to locked items once construction begins. This protects your timeline and budget.
What Happens if You Change Your Mind After Lock-In
Life happens — we understand. But changes after selections lock-in cost more than changes during the selections process. Here's why:
Changes during construction cost 3–5x more than at design stage. Trades get rescheduled, materials already ordered may need returning, and programme impacts cascade through subsequent stages.
For any post-lock-in change: Buildana issues a formal variation request → assesses cost and timeline impact → provides a written quote → client approves before any change is made.
We use ActronAir, Bosch, Hebel, Austral Bricks, and CSR as preferred suppliers.

You share your style preferences, Pinterest boards, and reference images. We understand what you like — and what you don't. Budget parameters set early.
