Deep rock on a harbour fall
The Spit sits on deep sandstone and the blocks fall hard to Middle Harbour, so significant rock excavation is typical. On a build of this size that is real money and it belongs in the feasibility from day one. We get the rock investigated before quoting, because a number off a plan on a fall block like this is a guess that hurts.
