Phase 1 — Consultation and Site Assessment (Week 1–3)
Free initial consultation to understand your vision, budget, and timeline. Site assessment to evaluate your block — zoning, setbacks, soil, slope, services, flood mapping, heritage. Preliminary budget range provided based on your requirements and block conditions.
This phase answers: what can we build on this block, and approximately what will it cost?
Phase 2 — Design (Week 3–10)
Custom floor plan designed for your block and family. 2–3 concept options presented with 3D renders. Revision rounds to refine the plan. Materials and finishes selection. Design finalised and locked in.
Key principle: all design decisions made before construction starts. Changes during construction are expensive — changes during design are free.
Phase 3 — Documentation and Approval (Week 10–22)
Full construction documentation: working drawings, BASIX, structural engineering, geotech, stormwater management. Approval lodged — CDC (10–15 business days) or DA (50–100 days).
Phase 4 — Construction (Week 22–52)
