How It Works

From First Call to Final Key

Everything that has to be right before we touch the ground. We inspect your Parklea block — lot size (typical 550–700m²), setbacks, services, access, Class M–H soil check and Blacktown City Council requirements. You'll know if a granny flat is feasible before spending a dollar.
