Let me be straight: there is no real home extension market in Norwest, and we would rather say so than take an enquiry that cannot go anywhere. The precinct is apartment-led, R3 and R4 towers built from the 2010s onward around the Norwest Metro station and the business park, so there is essentially no detached housing stock to extend, and strata title rules out individual additions in any case.
What we can do is redirect the project. If you own an apartment here and land elsewhere, a family home in Baulkham Hills, Castle Hill or Kellyville, the extension conversation applies there, and those suburbs sit right next door with very different stock. Norwest is a great base to live in while you improve a house somewhere else in the Hills.
What I would check instead: whether the real project is an addition on land you own in another suburb. If so, that is the conversation worth having.
